Rachel Laxer Interiors was established in 2005.
Having lived and worked in New York, Tokyo and London, and travelled extensively around the globe, Rachel Laxer brings a global sense of design to her clients. Studying design and the Japanese aesthetic of simplicity and beauty while living in Tokyo inspired and fuelled a passion for creating bespoke interiors and collecting art and design for clients.
It was after moving back to London and then working for Kelly Hoppen due to Rachel’s understanding of the “East meets West” approach that Rachel set up Rachel Laxer Interiors.
Rachel Laxer is focused on delivering great design on time and on budget. This discipline derives from an early career chapter on Wall Street trading for Salomon Brothers, Steinhardt Partners and Soros Quantum Fund.

House & Garden, The List
Beth’s deep love of fabric and texture developed while working as a textile designer, initially for fashion and later for interiors. From there she went on to study Interior Design at KLC School of Design with her first interior design role for a long standing House & Garden Top 100 Interior Designer. Now the Senior Design Director at Rachel Laxer Interiors, Beth brings her eclectic design style to the table, adding in clean lines and a relaxed sense of fun.
Beth believes that beautiful interiors should be attainable and accessible to everyone; that they should infiltrate all our usable spaces and provide everyday enjoyment. She injects her projects with a blend of the user-friendly everyday, alongside elements that suggest the extraordinary and small touches that are a little bit more magical.
